MSA Professional Services was embarking on a recalibration of their organizational structure. As part of the adoption process, their third party vendor overseeing the recalibration recommended branding the initiative to give the campaign an easily identifiable rallying point within communications.

I was tasked by the CEO to come up with a brand for this effort - originally called "Alignment" and, later, "North Star." Below are my designs for these two concepts.
